The Paw Wash is a self-serve dog wash. There are 5 individually gated stations that include their own raised tub and drying station. Everything you need to wash your dog is provided for you, including shampoo/conditioner, towels, brushes, blow dryers, aprons, etc. When you're all done, we clean up the mess for you so that you don't have to! They did do a good job on my dog's hair cut. There was a rat or knot left behind her ear on her head. However, I don't know how much trouble she may have given them. I didn't ask any questions or say much at all to them. This was because when I walked in to pick her up after my daughter dropped her off two hours prior, I was pretty much ignored.
