They did do a good job on my dog's hair cut. There was a rat or knot left behind her ear on her head. However, I don't know how much trouble she may have given them. I didn't ask any questions or say much at all to them. This was because when I walked in to pick her up after my daughter dropped her off two hours prior, I was pretty much ignored.
