RecommendedPaw Spa came to our home to groom our Newfoundland and Golden- no easy task after month of no grooming during quarantine. She was professional and great with the dogs. Our girls came out looking and feeling beautiful and best of all, there was no stress on them or us!
Like the last review from Lynn, we booked the Paw Spa for the first time. We have been stood up and have not received any contact. We’ve tried calling and texting, but nobody has picked up the phone or replied back. I u see stand that things come up, more so given today’s environment, but it is disrespectful to waste people’s time. At least have the decency to let them know you’re canceling or running late.

Alexx, we don’t service Worcester. We don’t have your phone # or name in our system. We have never received a contact submission from you and we have no history of an appointment. Before writing a review like this, make sure you have the right groomer.
I made a first appointment with this mobile groomer, as my regular groomer was closed. They set the appointment day/time. The groomer never showed up at the scheduled time. They never called to explain their absence or answered my texts. I waited, ready with my dog, who is long haired and really needed to be groomed, which is the reason I was willing to take a chance. I understand that things happen, but when you have a business, the least you can do is notify your customer you're not coming.

Hi Lynne! As you can understand, these are very difficult times. Our automated system sent out a text & call 24 hours prior to your appointment. Our CRM also emails the address on file. My business is short staffed right now and I am also dealing with a family issue that has limited my time with my business. We had our puppy, Atlas, get groomed by the Paw Spa and they did an incredible job! I could not be happier and I know they put good time and care into letting his first grooming experience be amazing. I highly recommend them !
This was the best service to find!!! They were great with my two dogs. I have an older dog that hates water and to have his nails touched. Lauren is amazing! our two pups are so lucky to have her loving skilled care and now mobile coming to our home ~ our long hair chi is sooo cute after her hair cut (well shes always cute but shes even cuter) and our chi mix who is a very difficult pup to handle (very uptight), its a miracle how Lauren can groom and help her ~ so grateful ~ highly recommend Paw Spa!
My two havaneses enjoyed their spa afternoon in the new mobile salon. Lauren is amazing!
We took our 2 year old lab mix Cody to see Lauren to get his nails trimmed. He was very overdue because of his terrible anxiety. She was able to get all 4 paws trimmed. This was something that other groomers we’d tried could not do. So happy with her!!
She did an amazing cut and wash on our house lion this week. He’s been so proud of how handsome he looks and I know he feels great. She was able to get us an appointment on short notice and was super lovie to our furry boy. So thankful to have met her and look forward to ongoing care there!
