Great maintenance staff, great people, overall great apartment complex to live in
This place has so many issues. When I first moved in I noticed that one of my vents was not functioning so I asked for a support ticket be submitted. It is now 4-5 months later and a combined 3 tickets submitted and no one has even came to look at it. About 2 months ago I had went to look at myself and found the ducky completely disconnected blowing all my A/C into the attic. Very disappointing experience. The apartments are old and have frequent creaking and noise issues. We have repeatedly reported loud thumping from the upstairs apartment, including at night and early morning, and have sent multiple videos showing the noise at different times. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved. We have an HVAC issue where the bedroom gets hotter than the hall and kitchen because of the way vents are set up.
