The maintenance service I have received is exceptional. They come out same day for emergencies or the next of non-urgent. I can’t see my closed tickets, but I’m telling you I have completely been pleased with the promptness, clean up and expertise of the maintenance crew!
I have been a renter for over 5 years and my current place is renewing my lease. I make well over three times the rent. Things happen in peoples lives ans your credit can be effected, however the roof over my head has always been something as a single mom doing it all on her own always pays. when i got my current apartment they saw my income and havnt regretted that since because i can pay for it. for this company to be so closed minded by just credit is disappointing.
