The head of maintenance regularly parks and the only handicap spot which tells you all you need to know about how much they actually care about the residents. Things have gone downhill over the last few years. The actual gym has been closed for almost a full year but we pay for amenity fees anyhow. Subcontracted workers enter the apartment at any time without warning or prior notice whatsoever and have damaged my floors and walls which they then refuse to repair. Rent goes up by about $100 per year.
Service was quick as usual and always professional. I've lived here for seven years and never had any issues with maintenance. They are great! They keep you up to date with whatever the issue may be.
