Reception by administration is great
If you’re considering renting at this place, please do yourself a favor and a massive headache and find literally anywhere else to live. From egregious fees to useless security systems. The negatives greatly outweigh the positives. Had my catalytic converter stolen and when I asked for help from property staff, apparently their security cameras do not cover majority of the lot. One of the worst places I've lived in all of my time living in the Twin Cities. DO NOT fall for the cheap pricing and model apartment they show you initially. And if you do end up here please pray you dont have to deal with the management ever!!!!! This apartment is a joke. First of all, I'm confused every month because they wait until the last minute to post charges. Second of all, when I moved in, I literally had to transfer apartments because they don't clean any of them thoroughly. They claimed they don't clean common areas, so the living room and kitchen. The apartment I moved into was a mess. Why would you not want incoming residents to live in a clean apartment? I was close to just moving back home, that's how unclean it was.
