My stay at Pavilion on Berry from August 2022 to May 2025 was great. I would grade the apartment 9 out of 10, and would happily recommend it to others as I did over my time there. The environment is safe, the apartments are clean and smoke free. The staffs are friendly and willing to help residents resolve issues. They respond to maintenance requests very quickly. This apartment does NOT value your safety and it’s scary. They have no security on site even though they say they do. This apartment is closed Saturday and Sunday so if anything happens to you, if you need anything you’re screwed. I strongly urge this apartment to at least have one person who works on site at all times. Me and my roommates were scared for our safety the whole weekend and couldn’t reach anyone for help. I am really frustrated by the management. The reception does not open on Saturdays and Sundays. That means I cant collect any packages. Whats the point of having Amazon Prime if I cant get my deliveries on time. Also, Wifi is a mess. It goes once every month and will not come for days. I mean if you know that your wifi is so bad. Please change the operator. If you can, avoid this apartment. Also the prices are too high.
So far I’m having good experiences living in here. The management team are very nice but their office hours suck! They work 10-6 but guess what? I also work 10-6 now and they don’t work during the weekend so I have to ask my friend to pickup my package every time!
This apartment is a joke. First of all, I'm confused every month because they wait until the last minute to post charges. Second of all, when I moved in, I literally had to transfer apartments because they don't clean any of them thoroughly. They claimed they don't clean common areas, so the living room and kitchen.
