From the start I hated the use of AI and don't worry they use AI for everything prior to moving in. Move in day came and I was handed an envelope a map and told my unit, had I not been legally blind they wouldn't have shown me to unit 🚩however my unit looked clean in my bedroom but I was moving in between two apartments and whilst unpacking here I didn't really start living till closer to the next week yet in 4 days a toilet has a clog and the building staff came fixed it themselves and then charged me to fix a clogged toil... read more
Pavilion on Berry! I highly recommend these apartments for many reason: proximity to the U, the light rail is right around the block, grocery stores are within walking distance, plus their staff is always friendly with bright smiles that just make your day that much better. Thank you Josh for running such nice apartments
I have been living here for almost two years now, and it’s been a really positive experience overall. The location is hard to beat! One of the standout aspects of this community is the leasing office team. They’ are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The well-maintained amenities are another big plus. Definitely recommend it! 🧡
I’ve lived here for a little under a year now, and overall my experience has been really great. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they’ve been putting in a lot of effort to improve the property compared to the previous management, which I believe a lot of the old reviews are from.
