There is an internet outage EVERY WEEK no exaggeration, and it will last the whole day and into the next day. Management tells you to contact the provider ourselves…which does not do anything. Any time it rains, storms, even a drizzle the internet is out. How can you run college apartments where STUDENTS live and have an outage every week. It’s horrible.
This apartment is a joke. First of all, I'm confused every month because they wait until the last minute to post charges. Second of all, when I moved in, I literally had to transfer apartments because they don't clean any of them thoroughly. They claimed they don't clean common areas, so the living room and kitchen.
