I've lived here for a year and have enjoyed it. Internet actually works 90% of the time and the staff is nice. You get what you pay for, you can make it work!
Pavilion on Berry is a great place to live especially for students. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood centered between UMN and Saint Kate's. The Green line is one block away which makes getting around much easier. The apartments are furnished and have fairly good appliances. Maintenance is quick and the team in the office are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when questions or concerns arise. Rent is cheap, the parking lot is spacious, and there is free street parking directly outside of the complex.
Some crazy things happen here, but it's close to the LRT and only a 64 minute ride to work at MSP, ask anyone about the break-in that happened here
