My husband has been in the hallway for 5 hours came in having a heart attack i have never been treated so rude in all my life. I have yet to be able to see him and they are all so very very rude here very unprofessional and this is a joke they should all be ashamed of the way they treat people. This is pathetic and sad. I will make sure to let everyone know the way they treat people.
Amazing staff on the 4th floor not sure of everyone's name but I wanna say thanks for all you've done to make my auntie Louise Palmer comfortable her last few weeks there keep up the great work..
