Nice tour. Small Wild life refuge on site which we were unaware of. Nice surprise. They have a play area for the kids but that was closed when we went.
The pavilion at Mixon's Fruit Farm is amazing. Guests were enjoying a Bar B Q lunch. Besides the grill, they have a very adequate kitchen. There is a beautiful Gazeebo right over a well stocked Koi pond. We all enjoyed the fountain and the babbling waterfall too. A huge attraction is the play area. Wow! so much to do and the kids all had such a grand time. I might add that there are well supplied, clean restrooms available too. g
Beautiful house! Decorated in such a cool, rustic but modern way it compliments the entire plantation. A very inviting staff with experience who take a lot of pride in maintaining this beautiful property and incorporating the Mixon family history, as well as taking excellent care of their clients.
