All the staff here are dedicated to doing good work in a timely fashion. I've even seen the weekend cleaner, Lesa, helping a tenant bring in some groceries. The staff are very helpful and considerate. Much work has been done recently to maintain and renovate the building. Last month we received brand new washers and dryers on every floor!
I’ve recently moved from Ontario to Edmonton and i’m extremely grateful to how quick and smooth sailing of a process it was to get an apartment with the Pavilion. what drew me to this apartment complex was 1. the reasonable pricing and how conveniently close everything is to one another. my other reason was how nice the staff are especially Maria Elena, she was amazing and answered all my questions and made me want to make Boardwalk my new home. i’m proud to say the Boardwalk is my new home away from home:)
It is an excellent and peaceful place to live; they are very attentive to any eventuality or service that may be required. Maria.
Good positive customer service, some hiccups with the application in regards to paperwork but Maria stayed vigilant and helped me with the corrections. Fast and responsive communication and corrections. Smooth simple move in process
