The company recently changed their management and the management team are actually very bad. I’ve never been noticed for entry on a Sunday for the next Monday. Could you imagine that you have to make move every dust out of your room on a Sunday for the next day suite try? It’s legal but is not a way to treat people who lives there. Interesting functional architecture with so many suites. Not the best looking design from the outside in my opinion but apartments are nice and amenities are plentiful.
Ive been living with boardwalk for years, and at this loaction for the past 2-3 years, And absolutely love it here, the staff and management have always been extremely friendly, attentive to the renters needs and wants, all while keeping the place well maintained. They have added many new renovation to the building, including a more functional, and open gym with lots more natural lighting as well as a community space that you can rent out.
