We had the privilege of working with Ellen Paris on the purchase of our new home in Rancho Mirage. We were out of town buyers and Ellen went above and beyond to meet our every need. Andrew shouse had an open house on Joshua tree in Palm desert we drove down, tried to enter door was locked. Called his phone and called Kaplan. No answer. Waited for 20 minutes, decided it’s too hot. (115 degrees) We've seen about 3-4 groups people come and go without accessing since we’ve been waiting. Quite a bummer…
