RecommendedPerfect location! Walking distance to River Arts, Downtown, South Slope, etc. Modern and new with good amenities. Looked at MANY apartments/condos before seeing this place and took it immediately. Lovely team working here as well! :)
Building security is very poor!! Any and everybody can access the building. If safety is important to you. I would look else where.
