As a dad apartment hunting for my college age daughter, The Patterson Social Apartments really stood out. The building is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities like a modern gym, a dedicated yoga room, and a rooftop deck that offers a great space to relax or study. I toured at the Patterson Social for my upcoming school term. They should me all the amenities and the building was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. Staff was very friendly and I spoke to and toured with Alex, she was very informative and kind during the tour even offering me snacks lol. I have been apartment hunting for the ’26-’27 school year for the last two months! I visited the Patterson Social recently and I was very impressed with how close they are to UofO. There’s tons of restaurants within walking distance of the building, as well as tattoo shops, bars, vintage stores, museums, and luckily all of my classes.
