I just toured recently and I can honestly say that the Patterson Social was probably one of the better (if not the best) apartments I have toured. Their lobby and gym spaces are amazing. Not to mention that the rooms and living areas looked so spacious. The workers were so kind and patient with all of the questions I had. Would reccomend!
Good location (near campus) and the building is well maintained. Staff is great and so are the amenities.
So far, so good. Have enjoyed living, and the staff is great!
I have lived here for a couple years now and I have always loved how accommodating and helpful the staff has always been! It’s a very welcoming community!
Helpful staff, nice furnished apartments, convenient trash rooms, good location to the university and restaurants. Lived here 1.5 years and just renewer my lease for one more year(at least haha!).
