As a dad apartment hunting for my college age daughter, The Patterson Social Apartments really stood out. The building is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities like a modern gym, a dedicated yoga room, and a rooftop deck that offers a great space to relax or study. I had a great experience touring The Patterson Social Apartments, thanks to Alex. She was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property. I toured at the Patterson Social for my upcoming school term. They should me all the amenities and the building was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. Staff was very friendly and I spoke to and toured with Alex, she was very informative and kind during the tour even offering me snacks lol.
