Living here is great! The staff here are so helpful and amazing (shoutout Faith she’s the sweetest), and the units are spacious, have great natural light, and in a prime location of Eugene!
I love the patterson social! it’s super close to the university and the staff is amazing!
The unit I live in is great! Updated appliances and furniture. The maintenance team is super nice and is very on top of maintenance requests, as well as the front office staff being super friendly and helpful
Lived here for 2+ years, they are pretty good and not loud
