No one welcoming or saying hello to new customers - ended up just leaving after appt time scheduled passed.
I'm really new to the area, had just got off of work, barely cleaned up, and went to my appointment in a shop I was very unfamiliar with. Alan was my barber and he made a miracle out of 6 month uncut hair, and really gave me a giant boost to my self esteem. He gave me exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond. I couldn't have had a better experience, and I'm definitely coming back for my next cut/shave. Best part of all? it only cost me 60 bucks. So glad that I stumbled upon this place. It’s very rare to find a good barbershop and available for walk ins! I’ve since been coming here for a few months now and only get cut by Rob. This dude is knowledgeable, personable and he listens to exactly what you want then offers advice. I appreciate how he takes his time with my cut and every time it’s like catching up with an old buddy. He remembers everything we’ve talked about before. Very unprofessional staff at the Woodbury location. One of the barbers threatening me on TikTok and honestly no clue why. Owner needs to take a good look at who he has working here. This place is great and does great work but when you have someone like this representing the business and acting like this hard to respect this place
Love this place. Outstanding haircuts and beard trim/shave by a friendly staff and reasonable prices. Can't ask for anything more!
