Matt Threatened our company because they ordered a part for a vehicle that was incorrect (neglected to tell us they needed a three plug not a two plug), and because our company didn’t jump and issue a refund without checking into it, threatened us. (Mind you order the same part from three different companies and apparently all 3 including us were in the wrong). Do not recommend allowing this company to order parts from other vendors.
Appreciate the team at The Patriot Auto Group, we've bought multiple vehicles from them, and had them do service work on the vehicles with a quick turnaround, using quality parts at a fair price over the big name shops locally. Highly recommended shop for a new to you car and service!
Matt and the staff at Patriot Auto were great to work with. He helped my brother get into a vehicle within his budget. Highly recommend! Also a local veteran owned company.
