I’m highly impressed, I’ve had some experiences with other dealerships n nothing has even come close to the experience I’ve had here!! About a month ago I bought a 2016 ford explorer the communication, care, service, value of it all was 100% questions were answered SABRINA is absolutely amazing! Someone you can feel comfortable talking too. She was on point with everything!! The owner didn’t go more than 2 hours without responding!! Thank you all for the experience! You definitely have a customer for life!
I usually wait to do reviews because I want the full scope in it if I'm going to post it. This company insisted I give them a review, sorry it took so long guys. I bought a vehicle in late September early October 2024. I let them within 2 months that the transmission is absolutely going out. I did what I could to prolong the lifespan, but ultimately "rogue Juan" did succumb to his mechanical issuesin August of 2025. RIVH Rogue Juan such a horrible financial decision.
