Terrible experience working with this company and I do not recommend them to anyone. They were extremely responsive and knowledgable during the sale phase but then dropped off in execution. Multiple emails and calls from myself and our contractor went unanswered. Permit paperwork not filed correctly multiple times (wrong address, incorrect dimensions, etc). Takes them months to turn around edits to the city. Pergola is "installed" but there was no official hand off on how to use it and we're still missing pieces. Unacceptabl... read more

I am very impressed with Designer Patio! Mauricio was with me every step of the way. He helped me design my backyard and he kept me informed the entire process. I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend them! It’s truly a pleasure to come home at the end of the day and enjoy our backyard with the family.
