3 times a charm. I got denied due to my credit but I did what was asked and the 3rd time I was pre approved plus was able to be approved for Ga Dream. My realtor stayed on top of things and introduced me to Supreme Lending! I would definitely go through Pate Team Again. Thank you Sherina and Shanon !
