I would highly recommend Sherina Pate and her team! The process of closing on a home requires patience and knowledge! Sherina and her team kept in communication through the app, email or a quick phone call away. If anything was needed they were on it! Because of their knowledge we were able to use a grant to help us close. In addition, we closed less than 30 days. 3 times a charm. I got denied due to my credit but I did what was asked and the 3rd time I was pre approved plus was able to be approved for Ga Dream.
