We have a Jacuzzi brand whirlpool jetted tub that the jets unfortunately stopped working on. We called no less than 16 different companies in the Seattle area, and no one could fix it. We eventually called the Jacuzzi customer service phone number, who advised us that The Patchworks is the only Jacuzzi brand repairman in the area. I called and was able to get scheduled very quickly. Brian was professional, affordable, and most importantly got the tub repaired quickly. Highly recommend ! I called on them per Jacuzzi referral to service my mother-in-laws jetted tub. Great customer service from booking the appointment, calling ahead and arriving within the time frame. Service tech very friendly, respectful of environment, putting on shoe covers and cleaning up after servicing. The best was having a "professional" explain to my 94 yr old mother-in -law how to use the tub more efficiently... by filling it up more and turning on the air... priceless ~
