Great delicious mini single loaf ( Holiday a touch of Gold flakes ) on top ( Almond Loaf ) Well baked and great for a taste of the holiday. ( Pop Up Market ) in Shipyard Market Holiday.
I couldn’t have been more impressed with the Galette Bretonne and Financier from The Pastry Lab. The galettes had a perfectly flaky texture with a buttery richness, and the financiers were soft, delicate, and deliciously balanced in sweetness. It’s rare to find pastries this well-executed. Highly recommended! This version focuses on the quality and craft behind the pastries for a slightly more detailed tone.
The pastries at The Pastry Lab are absolutely amazing! I tried the Marble Loaf Cake and Financier, and both were incredibly fresh and delicious. The loaf cake was perfectly moist with a rich swirl of chocolate and vanilla, while the Financier was buttery and melt-in-your-mouth good. Can’t wait to come back for more! This keeps it concise while still conveying your satisfaction!
