So absolutely disappointed in my wedding cake, and my overall experience with the pastry garden. Our tasting consisted of almost frozen cake samples being dumped on the table In front of us with some plastic spoons and being told to "dig in" and finding out that what I actually wanted could be "attempted" for a $300 up charge. We were very happy with the graduation cake we ordered. Marble cake with fudge filling. It was delicious and looked beautiful too!!!!!!!!
I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with Tiffany two place two custom cake orders and between email and the phone she was able to help me order exactly what I am looking for. Thank you Tiffany for excellent customer service.
I'm very sorry to have to give a negative review but I've become very unhappy with the products. I've gone to The Pastry Garden several times over the last year and no matter what time of day or week the cupcakes and cake slices are old and dry. I bought 4 cupcakes on Sunday. The frosting was hard and the cake just crumbled apart.
