I have actually never purchased here before but visited in person about 2 weeks ago. You have to be buzzed into the store like it's high security jewelry or something. Things aren't labeled well and what they have in stock is very little. Probably better to go on the website and have your items shipped.

It was the best place to buy the Valrhona cocoa powder 6.6lb bulk out of all the places I looked for online. that I needed. It arrived sealed from the factory. And I was even able to get 10% off my order.

popped in today for the first time to see the area and the store is beautiful! well-organized. had everything i was looking for when it comes to cocoa butter paints.. they have a great selection of luster dusts as well! everything is very fairly priced and mint quality. staff was super kind and helpful. will be returning in the future! (also adore their business logo.. if that was on a sticker or keychain i’d be buying that up immediately. it’s so well done and elegant!)
Friendly staff with lots of patience yin the store. Lots of high-quality baking chocolate in stock for sell. Lots of free samples to ensure that you make a great decision that works for both parties. They keep the front door locked. I rang the buzzer/bell and a staff member opened the door. I'll be a regular shopper!
