The items I ordered were as described on the website. My order was shipped promptly and well-packaged. The staff was wonderful and addressed all of my questions.
We are very unhappy with our order shipping. We ordered on Th a product with 2 day shipping hoping the latest it arrives on M. The 2 day shipping btw costs well over 30 dollars. On their site it does not specify that the ups doesn’t ship on weekends. We were so disappointed and frankly upset we did not receive the product in time as it was needed for culinary contest. We had to improvise with other materials.
Honestly, the best store for baking needs. They always have my order in stock and I have never had any major issues. Been ordering my chocolate and pastry needs from here for the past 4 years and it is always in perfect condition. Only place in Metro Atlanta with great prices for Valrhona. Will continue to be a customer as long as they exist
Love everything about this place 🫶🫶 Johanna is amazing !! Love the caramel, chocolate covered pecans and the Cocoa Puffs choco!!! 10/10 recommend ☺️🫶
