We have been to the Pasta House twice since it opened and both experiences have been wonderful. Great food and fast friendly service. It has been quite busy both times, but the wait was minimal and once seated the food came out quickly!! The lunch portions are huge!
I recently read a negative review for The Pasta House. I would like to say my family and I went there last night and we had a wonderful experience. The place was very busy. With it being busy all staff was very professional. Our waitress was Heather. She was amazing!! Very friendly and tended to all our requests with a smiling face! I would recommend going to the pasta house. Be prepared to wait but it will be worth it! Also, salad doesn’t come with all meals so just the description. Salad and dinner were both delicious!!!
I doubt we will ever try the Pasta House. I tried 5 times in a week to buy a gift certificate. Each time I was told to return & they would have one available. If this is any indication of their customer service I don’t think we want to eat there or give one of their gift certificates. We went elsewhere
