We love living here at the Passage!! The grounds are beautiful. The amenities are great. The staff is lovely and so friendly and maintenance team is awesome. Class act here as soon as we got the keys , we were greeted by maintenance to make sure everything was good , checked that are keys were working, making sure we had a brand new air filter immediately. The manager, Tiffiny, has been great in my experience with her since I moved here in 2023. Additionally, the guys with maintenance are really nice and do good work, but not always the best with following entry requests. The amenities are nice and well maintained, and a lot of events are hosted every month. However, the rest of office staff is incredibly lackluster, especially recently. When I first moved here, the complex was really good at communicating both community events and important resident updates/reminders via emai... read more
