Self centered unenthusiastic disrespectful staff and maintenance requests that don’t get properly resolved. Had to spend my own money to have my friend who’s a handyman come fix things. Also introduced WIPS payment where you have to go to a store with cash and scan a bar code to pay your rent which is unsafe walking around with several thousand dollars Basically don’t move here unless you want to be treated like a number or meaningless object.

I’ve lived here for a little over a month and the apartments are very nice, but I’m not very happy with the staff. The communication is poor. I’ve had a pretty serious maintenance request ignored twice now and at this point paying what I’m paying for rent this month isn’t worth it. It’s honestly heartbreaking because I was very excited when I got this apartment.
We lived at the passage for a little over a year and have mostly enjoyed our time living here. Despite a few incidents (which can happen anywhere) I always felt safe walking my dog even late at night and the property was always well lit. We only had to call maintenance one time and they were quick and responsive as well as all the staff. Overall it was nice place to live and felt it was very comparable to other complexes in the area. Hope this helps someone deciding on their next home!
