If I can give zero stars, I would. The fact that they have a website that says that they close at 5 o’clock But then a worker says that their last pick up is at 4:30. How do you run a balloon store when the last pick up is at 4:30 and never states that on their site. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude As I explained that I was five minutes away from them closing Is unacceptable. My mother went into this store which she frequents quite often because of the convenience to her home. I was appalled to hear how the older gentleman at the cash register treated her!!! How dare you speak to a customer with such rudeness and to put your hand up as she trying to ask if they carry a simple item. Place is a dump
Called in advance and was told I can bring in balloons from outside to get filled. I get there on the way to my daughter's birthday party and the owner rudely tells me he does not work for amazon and cannot fill my balloons. He clearly has some problem with Amazon as you can see in his responses, two other comments. LOL
I went in here a week before my son’s first birthday to find balloons for our “wild one” theme. They had a great selection and made us the most adorable balloon centerpieces. I showed them which balloons I wanted in each arrangement and they had my order packed and ready for pick up the day of. They did a great job.
