Excellent service! For an event for my kids school they went above and beyond!
I've never left this store unsatisfied. Their staff and selection of products keeps me coming back! Be sure to check out their "Blossom balloons"!!!
I am so disappointed in how this store has treated customers since expanding. I regularly purchase balloons for events I host and they never take orders over the phone. They are too busy and tell me to call back. I've called 3 times today and kept being told to call back in 5 minutes. Finally a lady told me not to bother calling anymore because they won't have time to take the order today. She said I can come in and they would do it quickly.
