All I wanted was 3 balloons and I couldn't even get that because they had orders they were filling for other people! I mean it would have taken 1 minute and I am a customer standing in your face, I'm sorry I didn't pre order for 3 balloons, lost a customer for sure, I went to Safeway right next to them and got my 3 balloons! Horrible service, horrible experience.... NEVER GOING BACK!
