I ordered white and blue flowers, as shown in the picture (below) and title of the bouquet (healing tears blue & white). I tried to order for delivery but the website said they didn't deliver to that zip code even though it was the zip code right next to the store. So I ordered for pickup through the website only for the shop to call me, say they were only doing delivery, and ask me again for almost all the info I had already submitted when I initially placed the order. Horrible. I was supposed to get my delivery yesterday . I got it today at 9pm after the fact . NO CALL !! NO APOLOGIES . Not even an courtesy . I would never order from them again. Please read these reviews . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They did not even send any care instructions for my order. Order at your own risk
4/18/22 I called and attempted to reason with whomever answered the phone, but was interrogated about which flowers were in the arrangement, which WASN'T the point when we were discussing QUALITY OF SERVICE. I told this woman that I didn't want to go public, but since I failed miserably at thinking I was being considerate of their business, she didn't care and my sentiment went right out the window instead, so I decided to go with that saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words" and I caption this... Thank you so much!!!! I order a corsage and a boutonnière and they were absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Beautiful fresh flowers and very well put together. They were exactly what I wanted and exactly what I expected. They looked beautiful on my son and his date. She delivered on time just as promised and both the florist and delivery girl were polite and very professional. You definitely have a repeat customer for the next time I need a flower arrangement.
