Ordered a bouquet in the exquisite (x-large) size from fromyouflowers and this was the florist who fulfilled that order. Not only did the order come at 8pm at night it came half dead, and it was NOT the exquisite size (which is supposed to be full extra large type bouquet) it was barely a small. It is more greenery than flowers, and I guess they waited for an event to be over and take the flowers from the event to sell since it took so long to come🤷♀️ you should not set up a contract with a website as a vendor and have no ... read more
I ordered white and blue flowers, as shown in the picture (below) and title of the bouquet (healing tears blue & white). I tried to order for delivery but the website said they didn't deliver to that zip code even though it was the zip code right next to the store. So I ordered for pickup through the website only for the shop to call me, say they were only doing delivery, and ask me again for almost all the info I had already submitted when I initially placed the order. Horrible. I was supposed to get my delivery yesterday . I got it today at 9pm after the fact . NO CALL !! NO APOLOGIES . Not even an courtesy . I would never order from them again. Please read these reviews . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They did not even send any care instructions for my order. Order at your own risk
4/18/22 I called and attempted to reason with whomever answered the phone, but was interrogated about which flowers were in the arrangement, which WASN'T the point when we were discussing QUALITY OF SERVICE.
