This auto parts store is the last of its kind and does not sell the poor quality aftermarket parts found at Autozone, Advance Auto and other chain stores. It is more for older cars and is always cheaper try these guys first.
We dropped off a wrench in June to have the ratcheting mechanism repaired or replaced. Weeks passed before my husband called for an update. They assured him they'd get to it the next day.
