Now owned by TPW, calls go to a call center staffed by the clueless The people at this store are fantastic, the call center is the problem.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , I ORDER A PART BY MISTAKE AND NEEDED A REFUND, AND I WAS TOLD I COULDNT GET A REFUND THAT I NEED TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE , AND ALSO I WAS TOLD BY JOSE THAT BE CAREFUL WITH MY DISTPUTE BECAUSE THEY HAD GREAT LAWYERS , I ORDER PARTS ALL THE TIME FROM THEM , THIS WAS NOT NECESSARY ALL I WANT IT WAS CREDIT STORE OR A REFUND, BUT I GUESS I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE
