I called looking for a specific part and the experience was disappointing. The person who answered the phone was not helpful and came across as if I was interrupting him or bothering him. I understand everyone gets busy, but customer service matters — especially when someone is calling ready to do business. Hopefully they can improve their phone support experience.
por segunda ocasión fui a cambiar una batería pequeña por no tener voltaje , en menos de un año 2 veces la batería murió .
