Got a call from TPH, they were looking for “Management with experience” starting pay 14.00hr LMAO good luck with that. You get what you pay for!!!
Asked for proof of credits we had on file and was told to call the 800 #. The 800 line said it was in fact the local stores responsibility. Went back to Sarasota store and they basically said we have no proof of returns, not statements, etc for me to look review. If you have to do a credit or return then - Good Luck. These folks do not want to take the time with any accounting. Been using them for years and the lack of professionalism has gone on long enough. Buyers beware.
