They are not honest. Service department is charging for services and parts not rendered. Finance is creating contracts for things declined but adding back when purchasing new car. My only suggestion when buying a car from there when reading the contract have it printed to sign. If you sign online they can alter the contract online after you have signed. Request your parts been returned to you for any major service work you decide to have with them. I found out the hard way they are billing for services not rendered and... read more

From the sales department to the service department, from the general manager down on, they are liars and thieves who will rob you blind and then scream in your face if you turn out not to be a trusting fool.

Thank you all so much for helping my daughter purchase her first car. I will say this car buying experience was one of the best ones we have had at a car dealership. We actually left feeling good about the purchase and felt they were very transparent in everything during the process. The gist of this review is that my engine failed and had to be replaced but since the car is under warranty and I don't have to pay for it, they will not do the work. They are not honoring the warranty agreement. I recently bought my first Nissan. It's less than 2 years old but the engine completely failed while I was driving it on H-1 and I had it towed to New City Nissan to repair since it is still under warranty. They told me they would have to replace the entire engine and that it might take up to 2 weeks to arrive from... read more
