Friendly customer service was nonexistent. The hostess/waitress was rude. She is the one who wrote my order down incorrectly but when she returned it to the kitchen, she spoke condescendingly to the cook (and loud enough that we could hear it). The place was dead in the middle of lunch rush hour but when asked for a to go box, she sighed. Food was ok. Will not be returning. Good customer service is everything.
Everything I have eaten here has been unsurpassed in quality and quantity. The owners are always warm and welcoming which adds a special touch to everything. First class food.
Definitely NOT a Deli. However that said the sandwiches are AWESOME!!!! As is anything else on the menu.
