I am writing to formally report a highly unprofessional experience I had with an agent, Luis Zelaya of Pak Realty, whom I hired through Zillow. As a victim of domestic violence, I recently had to move abruptly due to an attack. During this sensitive time, I hired Mr. Zelaya to list my home.
