Andrea lightened my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it done! It was a grown out hot mess and she made it look so pretty! Very professional environment and staff.
These people never answer the phone, it offers text to converse and schedule with them, and they never answer that. It took me over 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. Arrived to discuss the goal of my hair with the hairdresser. I have never been addressed in such a condescending manner. Not to mention the two stylists said they do not specialize in anything other than NATURAL color. They dont specialize in lightening or colors. Kayce is absolutely amazing!
Have called several times to try to get in to get a smoothing treatment done. Left a message and they said the girl would call me back.. no call back. Then tried calling for several days and no answer. I would have given a hella tip fir the cezanne smoothing treatment, but oh well!
