I went in a month or two ago to get some gray added. The cut was perfect. The person they had doing color, I was told "She is great, she knows exactly what she's doing" She bleached my hair for nearly 30 mins then added color. At first it looked somewhat reasonable. The texture of my hair had dramatically changed from the bleaching. Two days later my hair was freakin' ORANGE.
