I went today to visit Jose. I hadn't been in a while (I don't live close by) and remembered the minute I walked in the cool vibe of the shop. It's comfortable, roomy and clean. And the music sets the mood (old school hip-hop: excellent). Jose is professional, friendly and talented. He asks what you want done, but if you aren't sure, he'll also ask if you trust him. I really don’t want to write this but just being real, I probably just got a bad barber who doesn’t match my needs but you’ll never know because there’s no info on who’s good at what etc. if you’re someone who needs scissor work then I’d avoid. Completely misunderstood what I wanted even with reference. No blending, trimming, etc even though I stated it and they said they got it.
