I have no words for how simply amazing this bar service was. From the set up to the take down… all 100% phenomenal! As a local bar owner myself… I will always recommend The Parlor! Courtney, the bartender, was amazing! Michaela, the owner, amazing as well! Our tasting for our selected drinks was one of the best experiences! Courtney was great with adults and with the kids! Very professional and kind! I look forward to working with The Parlor again in the future :)
Michaela is such a wonderful and knowledgeable host! The tasting room is so cute with so many intricate details that all tie into the wines and help you understand how and what you're tasting. So many great options for events too! 10/10 would recommend!
Their monthly wine tastings are very educational and fun! The little bites food parings are always spot on as well. Knowledge, humor, great wine, spectacular staff; what an amazing combination!
I was lucky enough to choose The Parlor to bartend our wedding. With so many options in Colorado Springs it was hard to choose, but this was absolutely the right choice. We worked with Casey in the months leading up to the wedding and she was diligent in making sure we had the perfect signature cocktails that really defined who we are.
