I booked an appointment with the stylist Maria well in advance for a specific date and time. I arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes, but the stylist never showed up. I received no notice that she would be late, and I only got a response from her almost an hour later. For a salon that presents itself as a premium establishment and charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Such disregard for a client’s time and appointment is disappointing and unprofessional.
Tried calling four times and left two messages in the past week with no answer or call back. Very unprofessional and great way to lose new customers. Guess it's time to try another salon.
I absolutely love my hair! Lissie did such an amazing job on my color, it came out perfectly!!!! She really took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. Such a great person and so easy to talk to. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!!! 🩷🩷🩷
Okay wow!! I really don’t have words, this was the best experience with my hair I’ve ever had. Stephen is absolutely incredible, I am so lucky to have found him. I’m obsessed with him! He is a PROFESSIONAL, kind, honest, funny, and just a true master at his craft. I loved the whole staff, such kind/fun people and a wholesome atmosphere. His assistant Val was also super sweet. I could go on forever and ever and ever about this place. I look forward to coming back. Thank you so much Stephen!!!!!
I’m 31 years old and have never left a salon loving my hair until now. Stephen is the absolute best! He never disappoints!
