The customer service here was TOP NOTCH. Thank you to Abby, who greeted me when I walked in for my first appointment at her establishment. She genuinely made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I got my hair done with Mary, who was funny and smart, and knows what she’s doing. Very happy with my hair and looking forward to my next touch up.
Owner and stylist, Marissa, were absolutely patient with me when I was lost! Thirty minutes later, I arrived and had a great interaction. My hair damage created quite challenging to say the least. She was understanding and professional. My hair is fine. I’m transitioning to my natural color and have four or so inches of new growth.
