Carrin was negative, making me cancel my appointment. All I wanted to clarify was the cost, and the response I received from my stylist was snarky and rude. Update 4/20/25: I attempted again and I have to say I have officially met "my" stylist! Amy is everything I want in a professional and more! She listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. I love how my hair looks and feels!
