RecommendedI don't usually leave reviews for places, but I had to for this one. From the first time I called Deerpath, I spoke with Janessa in the front office. She was not only polite and helpful but also thorough in her responses about the availability and detail of each of the many questions I had regarding renting from them. awful community management
Don’t move here for real. Terrible customer service, it’s dirty, they don’t maintain the property & there is always an issue! Whether it’s flooding, no hot water or broken plumbing. It’s always something.

since June I have not had hot water for 30days, then the water has been poulted and with sewage and been shut off at least 3times a month or more. my care has been broken in to in the underbuilding parking and I haven't had heat in my building since october. they charge 100 late fee if you don't pay by the 3rd and my rent went from 950 to 1100 and some how my utilities that for a year was 70 is now 250 so my 1100 bills included is now 1350 + electric so do not move here
