My car was broken into & the Manager says & I quote "Did you report it to the Police and your Car insurance? Unfortunately, Because of the Pandemic people are becoming desperate and breaking into cars is one way these individuals are trying to get what they can." Seriously?

Hello, I submitted a request on Sunday 6/29for my kitchen sink being backed up. As of today Tuesday 6/30 evening the issue has not been resolved. I cannot cook not clean my dishes because of this issue. When will this be fixed? Am I going to get reimbursed for the take out expense I have taken, due to this lack of attention. There are a lot of negative things to say about this place. 1. I've asked for maintenance to fix garbage disposal and nobody showed up. It has been 6 days as of today. (6/26/2020) I called office employees many times for this issue. Actually when i asked for maintenance service in front of future tenants, Vanessa (one of the office employee) told me she doesn't appreciate that I asked service in front of prospective tenants. Has potential, but unsafe. Resident of a 2Bd/2Ba unit on the second floor from 2018 to 2020 Pros: Good location for Phoenix light-rail and Indian School Park. The common area allows for a lot of natural light.. The kitchen counters have sufficient space for two people to be cooking at the same time.
