We have not had a building manager for few months. What's seems to be going on. My wife and I put are names in for the manager position but never heard back. My wife has business background and I have some mechanical. Thanks
My wife and I moved here about 3yrs ago. As we have gotten to know people we feel like part of a huge family. Everyone is friendly . The building its self is kept in top shape because of constant maintenance. We have yearly exterior windows washed, carpet shampooed garage washed and painted when need and many other things.Preventative maintenance to inspect and replace utilities before a break. Not cheap but at least we get what we pay for.
Marilyn and Karen since we moved in a few months ago, have made it very special to us. We feel like a family here with such great people. At moments notice I did have a birthday party for my wife and they where so accommodating. Thanks Again 👍
We have been absolutely thrilled with our experience living in The Parkwood. The property manager Marilyn and her daughter Karen could not be more helpful and accommodating. The building is kept meticulously clean and any concerns dealt with immediately. We feel we have found our home here.
Outstanding residence!! Maintenance and cleanliness is a top priority with any requirements or issues quickly resolved. Management and staff go way beyond expectations making the Parkwood my home of choice for the past 9 years. Social scene provides many options but the semi-annual events are spectacular!!
