My Grandmother has been a part of the wonderful Eskaton of Roseville since the first week they have opened. She has been very well taken care of each and every day. I visit her each week and talk with the staff every time I am there. They are extremely attentive and always smiles on their faces. They defiantly put their residents first and do everything to make them extremely comfortable. these people suck the director of the facility is a liar, her staff is uneducated. awful to residents, and family members. A nanny camera was installed in room, found out a employee was not telling the truth about what happend I will be pressing charges on this facility, already talked to my attorney and he has the nanny camera for court. stay away, far far away. wish I could give them no stars
Eskaton started out as a stepping stone for my grandma's transition from living at home with her husband to moving into full time memory care. Their experience in their own home was fine, but the time came for her to be in a place with staff trained to deal with her decline into dementia.
