My mother spent her last years at Parkview. When her health was good she enjoyed the staff, activities and the food. When her health began to decline, I was impressed by the excellent care she was given. I got to know the care givers, manager, medical technicians, handy man and cleaners. I am amazed at how such a great staff was hired. My mother loved them all. My family got to know the staff and was as impressed as I was. I can not imagine anyone having complaints. If I ever need such a place, I will live at Parkview.
My mother resides in the memory care unit at The Parkview in Pleasanton, Ca. I live in another part of the country. My recent visit to my mom occasions this review. Not only was my mother's room impeccably clean, but the entire facility was likewise. The care my mother received from the staff was second to none. They monitored her with precision and caring, checking her blood pressure regularly, giving her medications, and escorting her to the dining area where nutritious meals were provided. Wonderful care by the staff. My mother never lacks for attention or assistance. I am kept informed of all issues and problems and the management is always available for consultation and discussion. The rooms are kept very clean, the food is wonderful and in fact I eat there weekly with my mother and have no complaints. Parkview has daily activities and is near parks and downtown. The apartments are safe and secure and the residents are happy and engaging. I would not hesitate to recommend Parkview for anyone's parents.
these people suck the director of the facility is a liar, her staff is uneducated. awful to residents, and family members. A nanny camera was installed in room, found out a employee was not telling the truth about what happend I will be pressing charges on this facility, already talked to my attorney and he has the nanny camera for court. stay away, far far away. wish I could give them no stars
