CAUTION! Health Hazards everywhere and basic maintenance ignored. My apartment leaks every time when it rains. I informed the manager multiple times but they have not done anything or provided any plans to fix it. There is mold, fungus and water damage. The wall, ceiling, and floor gets wet when it rains.
