The manager words: “The amenities are provided to distinguish us from other apartment communities and to attract future prospects.” THERE IS NOT AMENITIES WORKING AT ALL The lease say: amenities are not included but a permissive license to use. Update: Since we moved Swat operations, the police being called many times about parties in the parking lot, teenagers visibly carrying guns, smoking weed behind building 600 and 500, 2 weeks ago more of 18 gunshots came from the same area and teenagers were seen fleeing behind buildings.The amenities being vandalized, windows broken right next to the management office (just yesterday was covered). 2 years later and not one single call back I left a review recently because I have been charged 3k for this apartment. I didn't move in. The apartment was full of roaches everywhere. I am a single mom working mom with two children. I could not accept these living conditions. I paid all the move-in fees including a 1600.00 deposit. It was disgusting. I have never lived like this. Then your apartment community charged me $3,000.00. Please remove this fee. Thanks, still now reply
Burner on stove don't work, no AC over a week, peeling paint in tub, roaches, just moved in last month. Windows sealed shut. Management has no sense of urgency regarding health and safety hazards.
Was going to move here but none of the gym equipment works. The pool was chained off as well and it is June. So basically, none of the amenities they advertise are available. Every review that complains about the broken gym they reply "it's being repaired!" and it's never repaired clearly, months, years later.
