DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE!! I have been living here for a year now and they’ve recently changed management from Dominium to Asset living and Asset Living is the worst. They are adding unknown fees to our bills, they do not fix anything; our gate has been broken since October. They have terrible communication and the young lady JiAnna is absolutely no help she’s getting paid to do virtually nothing, and the office manager is never in. I’ve lived here for over a year. Do NOT move to the parkton unless you want hundreds of dollars mis charged to your account, then be given the run around about where they came from, have your money misplaced, & be told you only paid half your rent when you in fact have the receipt for the money order you handed them with the FULL rent amount, & have maintenance men enter your home without permission while you’re getting out of the shower when you’ve put in NO requests. also good luck ever catching the manager, she ducks & av... read more
Roach infestation don’t move here !!!!! High rent to deal with bugs and management is unprofessional they don’t care at all.
I’ve lived here for a year and a bit over a half and they’ve changed management twice in the last couple of months. In doing so they’ve screwed us with the office representatives and maintenance! They aren’t as pleasant or helpful as the ones before them and I honestly feel they’ve hired crooks to work here! Taking the residents money instead of posting it to their rent. I immediately went into the office at this place and felt at home !! Spoke with Ms. Ashley about getting moved in and she was so patient with me ! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know !
