The Parkton. It has been a journey living here, there has been several challenges. I've seen a couple of different management teams. However I must say the new Leasing Manager Sue. She has been working due diligently since stepping into the roll here at The Parktons. I had a concern and went to Sue regarding the blinds looking awful tore up tearing down the face of the apartment complex. Sue rectified that matter immediately. Excellent!!!! It has been a little over two month since I’ve moved into The Parkton, Mableton and everything has been great! The move in process went very smoothly. Ms Sue in the front office was very attentive and very helpful with making sure I had everything I needed to move in with no issues. Maintenance was very quick when I put my request thank you all so much! Helpful

2 years later and not one single call back I left a review recently because I have been charged 3k for this apartment. I didn't move in. The apartment was full of roaches everywhere. I am a single mom working mom with two children. I could not accept these living conditions. I paid all the move-in fees including a 1600.00 deposit. It was disgusting. I have never lived like this. Then your apartment community charged me $3,000.00. Please remove this fee. Thanks, still no reply
