We want to know how the apartments are, not how nice the specialist are until you give your money to move into an apartment they don’t let you see before paying. I just want to give a Shout out to tiki from the first day I talk to her until the day I move it this lady was a blessing she made everything smooth and Kam I want to also thank u from being so professional and kind chris I haven't forgot about thank u for your professional I really appreciate the team
I would definitely recommend The Parks Townhouses mainly because of the kind hearted and spirited Tiki Green. She is the real hero who held my hand from start to finish. She went all out from offering a FaceTime tour , handling’s any maintenance repairs I requested, and being patient with me in my decision making time. I almost forgot upon move in left a gift bag with a couple of trinkets inside. I took that as a Welcome home. Thanks Tiki you are amazing.
Tiki gave me the best moving experience ever. My place even had welcome gifts, she is very professional and punctual. She made this a very smooth moving process I am very happy.
Kind, professional, and hardworking staff. always on top of things!! Clean property and the pool did i mention always a great time. Only downfall is everybody doesn’t pay their pet rent because they’re dishonest. I feel like me amongst a few were the only ones being pet rent but yet you will get a late fee if you don’t pay the Pet rent also on time they need to have some type of system in there to know that the dogs are being reported as living there.
