When it comes to this property and the area it’s in is not bad per se…but the people that live there? Go ahead and move in if you want Domestic violence in front of you. That the office does nothing about when several people report it…or how they let kids run around and destroy the fences and when emailed picture and video proof do nothing along of video proof of them hitting multiple cars with balls that leave dents… The only bright spot is Mike the maintenance guy. Would give it 4 stars. Only had a few issues with the apartment itself,but god damn can yall do something about the kids running rampant around the complex? The cats roaming around is terrible as well. Could be a awesome place if they just didn't rent to stupid ass felons.
Predatory apartments, stay away from here, I am filing a complain with the state , trick us to signed a 12 month lease for a lower rate then later came back with a 150 fee out nowhere for water, then later someone clog a pipe then they threated us that every will pay next time there a broken pipe, they rent 3 rooms and living room but you only get 3 portable AC units and the house has not AC for summer and winter, plus they tow my car the first week a was there bc it had a flat but then people have crashed cars non running a... read more
Not sure how you’d like me to contact yall when as a tenant their we were never given any information on how to contact yall plus the information we did have no longer works since the people in office changed about three times
Do not move here they have black mold growing in the apartments and won’t do anything about them and won’t give deposit back when they have you living in an unsafe environment
