Predatory apartments, stay away from here, I am filing a complain with the state , trick us to signed a 12 month lease for a lower rate then later came back with a 150 fee out nowhere for water, then later someone clog a pipe then they threated us that every will pay next time there a broken pipe, they rent 3 rooms and living room but you only get 3 portable AC units and the house has not AC for summer and winter, plus they tow my car the first week a was there bc it had a flat but then people have crashed cars non running a... read more

Do not move here they have black mold growing in the apartments and won’t do anything about them and won’t give deposit back when they have you living in an unsafe environment
DO NOT MOVE HERE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!! Where do I start….. one the parking lot entrance is pretty much a one way so if someone is there pulling out you have to stop in the street and wait for you to be able to pull in. If you have issues you won’t be able to get in contact with anyone because someone’s only in the office one day out of the week for four hours. The dryers and washers don’t work. This is a terrible place to suggest for housing. Where should I start, well for one they don’t come and fix anything around here. The walls are soft as a pillow you could literally lean on the wall and a hole occurs. When I report it the “maintenance” man he did nothing to resolve the situation but told a lie that he was going to reconstruct the wall.
