Please avoid this apartment. The staff is constantly changing. I have been billed for damages and charges and nobody will explain to me my move out invoice. There is no manager available. They are asking residents and ex residents to reach out to peakcares. They are not helpful. They put your bill into collections and do not email you or send it to your new address. A lot of sleepless nights with chaos from apartment above us. Loud music, yelling, stomping around, sounds like stuff is being thrown on floor....Not good for working folks. Contacted office but nothing has changed. These people need to be moved to a bottom floor! They stay up all night every night! Paying $1300 a month in what we thought would be a quite place for the money we pay... ummm no! Very unsatisfied! Maybe cops should be called and apartment checked for whatever they are tripping on.

My process with dealing with the Front Office Staff was VERY positive. Ms. Sunny as well as everyone at the front was kind, positive, and professional. They've helped me with all my needs in order to get us set up for our new home in a timely manner. The viewing was a great experience! The apartments were clean and the decor was very pleasant. I can't wait to move in and be a resident at this location! Thank you again everyone at the Parkland!

So we had a notice on july 3rd about the improvements that were gonna be done on July 5th (very short notice about a project like this). With the request of moving all the stuff out of the living room. On july 4th instead of enjoying holidays with the family that we invited to come over we were moving all the furniture and other things out of the living room.
