Please avoid this apartment. The staff is constantly changing. I have been billed for damages and charges and nobody will explain to me my move out invoice. There is no manager available. They are asking residents and ex residents to reach out to peakcares. They are not helpful. They put your bill into collections and do not email you or send it to your new address.
