I’ve been living here for a short time, but I’m already really enjoying it. The management team is quick to respond and genuinely cares about the building, which is rare to find. The units are spacious and well-maintained, I highly recommend it.

Key features like secure indoor parking and advanced laundry facilities enhance the overall convenience and comfort.
Have lived here for 3 months now, the management team is excellent. They are responsive to work orders. The management team is currently doing many upgrades, but most Important this is a safe building. Units are more spacious than the other buildings. Highly recommend, I plan to live here for a while.

Lived here for a year and it was awful. The place reeks of smoke, all the neighbors are loud, dramatic, ghetto, disrespectful etc. the unit itself was okay, but the bathroom always smelled like smoke, and always had the water shut off without warning or notice. When moving out, i left my unit in great condition but you already know i didnt get my security deposit back. And then they tried charging me an extra 2 grand because they never did my moving out paper work even though there was already somebody living in the unit, th... read more
