Stars Parkinson's and Neurologic Health is a jewel in St Augustine. We have been using their services for a couple of months and my wife has made great progress. We will be gone for a few months, but will be back with them in August.
Top notch all across the board. The staff, therapist are excellent communicators, supportive and work to get the most from their clients. It’s a true blessing have this program in our community.
Stars is an outstanding facility for physical therapy for Parkinson patients. All of the therapists are very knowledgeable, caring, encouraging and helpful. I highly recommend it for any Parkinson patient.
My husbands PSP was an unwelcome surprise! So many questions! So many unknowns. The staff at Stars took the time to inform me and address all my concerns. Their informed and courteous suggestions have helped us manage living more than adequately with all our difficulties.
