My husbands PSP was an unwelcome surprise! So many questions! So many unknowns. The staff at Stars took the time to inform me and address all my concerns. Their informed and courteous suggestions have helped us manage living more than adequately with all our difficulties. I can't say enough about how well I am treated for my movement disorder issues at Stars rehab in St Augustine. They are well-trained professionals that really do care about their patients. They are good communicators also especially with patients like me who have lost their voice. I highly recommend them they are the best!

I started going to STARS Rehab in October 2023 for PT therapy for my Parkinson’s, and I was also recovering from a neck surgery. Their staff is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and they have a skill set for PT that is remarkable in its breadth and depth.
